The size of the case runs from a minimum of 30" x 30" by 16" high, to as large a case as a customer may wish.
The model train(s) running within the case can be any gauge models from N (Scale 1:160) up to G gauge (1:29 scale), including in between: HO (1:87 scale); S(1:64 scale): O (1:48 scale); plus the narrow gauge scales, if preferred.
The interior of the case can be "landscaped" with model buildings, trees, etc. The model buildings can carry the name and sign boards for various advertisers, who might or might not, be tenants in a mall, office building, etc.
The train(s) can carry advertising in the form of laser cut rolling stock with the advertisers' name on the box car, or simply a gondola or flat car with the business card of the advertiser.
The case and its contents can be purchased or leased for a predetermined period, such as the year end holidays, special events, etc.
You can arrange to have the train(s) and/or scenery changed periodically (e.g. the four seasons for landscaping) so that there is always a fresh layout for visitors to view and operate.
OLD TIME TOYS will deliver and set up the layout and remove it at the end of the lease period, if applicable.
The foregoing layouts are ideal for hospitals, doctors' offices, dentist offices, anywhere where there may be children waiting for medical services. Operating the model trains is the perfect distraction from an otherwise cold waiting room.
The mall/office building can have a layout in each main entrance. The layout can advertise for the tenants in the mall. The layout can be a profit center for the mall/office building by selling advertising space on the models within the case.
